PeasyOrders

For small and mid-sized US wholesale distributors on QuickBooks Online

Stop retyping emailed orders into QuickBooks.

Your customers won't change how they order. Now you won't have to retype it. PeasyOrders reads the email, the PDF attached, and the spreadsheet — drafts the order at each customer's right price, and you review everything before it touches QuickBooks.

Order capture

A new kind of order capture

Your customers send orders however they write them. PeasyOrders structures the mess on your side.

Reads the email, the PDF attached, and the spreadsheet.

Orders arrive as your customers send them — a few lines in the email body, a PDF purchase order, a spreadsheet. PeasyOrders takes the whole email and drafts one order from it. Phone orders? Add them in one click with manual entry — same editor, same pricing, same export.

A catalog that learns your customers

"The usual." "The IPA from Vermont." PeasyOrders learns each customer's shorthand from their order history and maps it to the right items in your catalog — imported from QuickBooks Online or uploaded by you. Your corrections make it sharper.

Pricing engine

The right price for every customer, every time — the pricing QuickBooks can't do.

QuickBooks Online doesn't expose per-customer pricing to any app. So PeasyOrders works the other way around: connect QuickBooks and it reads your past invoices — once — to propose each customer's price for each product. You accept, adjust, or discard.

From then on, every draft arrives already priced, and every price shows the rule that set it: customer price, list price, or base price.

Getting started

How it works

Three steps to your first validated order.

  1. 1

    Connect QuickBooks Online

Native integration. PeasyOrders imports your customers and items, and proposes each customer's pricing from your past invoices — you accept before anything applies.

    ~2 min
  2. 2

Forward your last 10 real orders

Point your order email at PeasyOrders — or simply forward recent ones, attachments included — and watch them come back as drafts.

Traceability

Every number knows where it came from

Hover any value in a draft and see its source: the exact email it came from, who sent it, and when — "Friday, 9:11 AM." Every order keeps a full timeline: the first email, the PDF that came attached, the correction your customer sent an hour later.

AI does the reading. It never does the deciding. When it isn't sure, it stops and asks.

  • Source on hover
  • Full order timeline
  • Final human validation, always

You review everything before it touches QuickBooks.

hey again — small change: make it 3 cases of the lemonade instead of 2. also add olive oil, a dozen

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do my customers need to install anything or use a portal?

No. They keep emailing orders exactly like they always have. PeasyOrders works on your side — they never see it, never log in, never fill out a form.

How do orders get into PeasyOrders?

By email — PeasyOrders reads the message body and parses PDF and spreadsheet attachments into one order draft. Phone orders can be added in one click with manual entry, so every order lives in the same queue. Photos and scans: coming soon.

How do I know the extracted data is right?

Every value in a draft is traceable — hover it and see the exact email it came from, who sent it, and when. Anything uncertain is flagged for confirmation instead of guessed. And nothing reaches QuickBooks until someone on your team confirms the order.

Does it integrate with QuickBooks Online?

Yes — native integration. Validated orders land in QuickBooks Online as Estimates (configurable). You can also export to Google Sheets and CSV. Connecting QuickBooks Online takes about 2 minutes.

Do you sync my customer pricing from QuickBooks?

No app can — QuickBooks Online doesn't expose per-customer pricing to integrations. PeasyOrders works the other way around: it reads your past invoices once, proposes each customer's pricing, and you accept it before it applies. From then on, every price shows the rule that set it.

Can it handle "the usual"?

Yes. PeasyOrders learns each customer's shorthand from their order history, so "the usual" or "the IPA from Vermont" maps to the right items. Your team confirms the mapping until it's reliable.

Who on my team can use it?

Every plan includes 3 users on Starter, 6 on Growth, and 12 on Scale — the first user is the admin, who invites the rest. Operators process and validate orders; the admin also manages settings, billing, and the QuickBooks connection.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund 100%, usually within 2 business days. We may ask what didn't work — answering is optional.

Your customers won't change how they order. Now you won't have to retype it.

Founder access is limited to 20 seats — 50% off for life. Launching October 31.

30-day money-back guarantee. If PeasyOrders doesn't save your team real time in the first month, reply to any of our emails and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no phone calls.
